Great experience with Catzillasg and so glad we chanced upon them on IG. We visited the shop and interacted with the cats. The interaction was important for us to observe the cats and have a sense of their temperament. We are first time cat owners and had many questions about keeping a cat. Phionna was very helpful in answering our questions and gave us a crash course on things to note. We decided to fetch Bluey home after a week to get the necessities. During this time, Phionna gave us timely updates on Bluey and even post sales, Phionna would still check in on Bluey. We would definitely recommend Catzillasg :)

Phionna really knows about cats, and their after sales service is great. It has been nearly a year since my husband and I brought our golden BSH home, and we love him so much! We found Catzilla through IG with the intention of finding a kitten to be a part of our family. Instead, we chanced upon Toto, an adult cat who is playful and very sweet and he immediately caught our eye. As first time cat owners, Phionna is very helpful in providing tips on how to care properly for our cat. She’s patient with my many queries and I’m very glad we found Toto through her as he’s indeed very gentle and melds well with our two bunnies too. I highly recommend checking out this Cattery if you’re looking for cats with gentle temperament. I was told they would be great with kids and I believe so too despite not having any of our own yet as Toto has no interest in scratching our furniture/scratching us etc as I’ve been warned about by other cat parents. It is a lot easier to pick up how to care properly for your furbaby and have lots of fun and quality moments with them having gotten a cat from Catzilla compared to other catteries we’ve been to. I took time before giving a review and it’s been a month since my cat came home, our cat’s health and vet checks are all good. After service with Phionna is great too! I hope to get another cat as a companion from her a little later down the road when the right cat comes along ☺️

What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Occasionally, we may extend our opening hours to accommodate interested buyers, but this is subject to availability and requires prior contact with us. Please note that visits are by appointment only, even during regular opening hours, to ensure we can provide the best service and attention to each potential pawrent.
When can I take the kitten home after confirmation?
Most of our kittens undergo an FIV/FeLV test and a thorough health check after adapting to our environment upon arriving in Singapore. In most cases, potential pawrents can take their kitten home immediately after confirming their choice at our shop during the appointment. However, if pawrents need extra time to cat-proof their home or prepare essentials for their new fur family member, we allow up to 2 weeks for pick-up.
How should I prepare my home for the kitten's arrival?
Set up a quiet, safe space with essentials like a litter box, food and water bowls, toys, a bed, and a scratching post or scratcher. Avoid loud noises and ensure the area is free of hazards like wires or small objects. Cat-proofing your home is required to create a safe environment, preventing access to dangerous areas or items. Keep your kitten in this comfortable space until they feel secure and have adjusted to their new environment.
