众弘医药中心 Cheng Hong Welfare Service Society

We provide funeral services for elderly with no dependants or are from low income household. More than just funeral services, we journey with our beneficiaries by caring for, and providing them with a better quality of life throughout their golden age.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Service

We provide free TCM services through our 10 clinics and 1 mobile TCM vehicle to all underprivileged regardless of race or creed. Our pro bono service includes consultation, treatments and medicine dispensary.

Medical Escort and Transport Service

The MET is a service for the elderly who have mobility difficulties and require escort service to their doctor's appointments. We partner with the Agency for Integrated Care to offer this service to the elderly through referrals.

Gym Tonic @ 933 Jurong West St 91

With a well-equipped centre, we provide a safe environment for the elderly to participate in this specially designed training programme catered to help restore, maintain and improve their physical functions.

We’re calling for kind-hearted individuals to step forward and volunteer for Cheng Hong Welfare Service Society’s Flag Day 2025 on Saturday, 23 August 2025. Whether you're a student, working adult, or retiree – your time and effort can bring hope and support to the less fortunate in our community.

It was heartwarming to see our seniors return with joyful smiles and eager hearts. Many shared how much they missed the weekly activities and the sense of community they find here. 💬❤️

At the same time, our Free TCM Clinic is once again providing essential care to residents in the area. The clinic plays an important role in supporting the health and well-being of the elderly and low-income individuals who may otherwise struggle to access medical care. We look forward to seeing even more smiles in the weeks ahead! 💪

Last weekend, we held our annual TCM Meeting and Appreciation Gathering, a meaningful occasion where all our Board Members, TCM doctors and staff came together to reflect, review, and renew our commitment to serving the community with compassion and care.

This annual meeting is more than just a recap of the past year. It is a platform for us to exchange insights, strengthen teamwork, and explore how we can continue to enhance our services and reach out to more in need. With every discussion and every shared experience, we take one step further in improving the well-being of the seniors and families we support.

We’ve launched the 1000 Hearts Movement Campaign to support our Afterlife Memorial Service (AMS), providing free funeral and bereavement support for lonely seniors. Together, we can ensure our seniors receive the care they need, with full respect for their religion and with dignity.

Over 3,000 AMS members have entrusted us with their final journey.

On 24 May 2025, Cheng Hong Welfare Service Society held our seniors' event at the Summer Garden Restaurant. Unfortunately, during the event Mr Chan Tian Wen made an inappropriate remark on stage which unintentionally caused distress to some of the attendees.

Mr Chan Tian Wen has since issued a formal apology for his remarks, which has been accepted by our Management Committee. The matter is now considered closed.

We remain committed to transparency and thank you for your continued support.
