Beautician xiao dong is polite and nice. Not to mention her skills were nearly immaculate. She always checks in on me and ask if I’m in pain. Veronica is probably the sales consultant not too sure. But she is very nice too, didn’t try to push me for packages. She even gave me some facial products samples to try, very genuine. I ended up purchasing the mask on my next visit because it’s pretty good. Unlike other facial salon where the staff kinda tell u to leave a Google review,Adonis did not.

My package was initially from Adonis Bukit Gombak, but they close down and I chose to transfer to Adonis Jurong East. How lucky that there was no issue with the transfer of package. The staff and therapists was so welcoming and friendly. The therapist explained the type of facial depending on my skin condition. They did not bug/ hint to me to top up cash for additional treatment or package. I don’t remember the last time a facial salon I went to did not try to sell you a top up or hard sell a package which is a huge turn off when you are trying to enjoy the facial. Adonis was super professional and I enjoyed the treatment done. Highly recommend! Kudos guys for setting an excellent high service standard in the beauty industry.

Have been with Adonis for almost 10 years+ now since my teenage years, initially started off with an acne prone skin and lots of acne scars, over the years my skin complexion has been improved so much now that minimal maintenance is needed. Definitely recommend Adonis for a good professional facial!

I hv been with Adonis for abt 26 year. First time was Adonis@ Ex Hotel Meriden. After that I change to Jurong East till now. Service at Jurong East is great. All the staffs are super friendly .Thank you Samantha, Veronica Leong and Shirley, always reminding me abt appointments . Have been going to this place for a few years now. They are meticulous and my facial always lasts about 2 hours. I love how they customise to my facial needs, and are not pushy with their packages or products. They also include a good 10-15 minute shoulder massage as well. Would highly recommend.
