Had face and shoulder massage.. it was so relaxing. After that had Hydra peel. Therapist (shahirah)knows what she was doing and able to explain well. Ambience - Nice and cool...relaxing Good for a short break to relax.

Overall, I would say it's a good experience. Joey did my facial for me, I had a great experience. Each steps were explained to me well while delivering the service. Massage was really comfortable and the lifting effect was obvious. The facial included gentle cleansing, exfoliation, and soothing masks, all tailored to my skin’s needs.By the end, my skin was glowing, hydrated.Thank you for the service!

very relaxing facial and good techniques and machines used. had the fave trial at discounted price and felt so good I went to opt the package. Initially had Ayumi but changed to Cheri, but both are good. There's some hardsell for additional purchases but so long as u firmly say no its ok

Cheri is very welcoming and friendly when I enter the salon. She is very professional and does the massages very well. I haven't did a facial in a long time and she did a very good job, extracting all the nasty things out of my face. Followed by the mask and the wonderful ambience, I feel asleep in minutes. Then, she proceed with the back and neck massage! My sore muscles feels so much better after. Highly recommend anyone to try out Bossi Face facial! Facial massage makes my face look slimmer! Wonderful ambience, no hardselling, professional services, top-notched products from Spain! The manager is very friendly and ask for feedbacks after the facial too! (: 👍👍👍

Chanced upon Bossi Face in 2021 and I have been going for my facial appointments monthly with them since then. There is no hard selling, and I enjoyed my facial appointments every month. Their shoulder and neck massages (included in the package) is the best!
