My name is Penelope and I am the Founder and cooking instructor at Hungry Mummies.
I started Hungry Mummies in 2014 to break down the barriers in the kitchen and get you cooking!
Eating well and being able to nourish ourselves and our families with a home-cook meal is a great foundation for our well-being. I believe that cooking is a multi-sensory experience, so all my cooking classes have been designed to be as hands-on as possible.

Hungry Mummies philosophy

While developing recipes and menus, these are some of the things that I consider:
* Are the ingredients readily available?
* How much time will it take for you to prepare this dish?
* Is the dish affordable for the average family?
* Is the dish family-friendly?
* Is the recipe easy to follow?
* How much of it can we make at home rather than resorting to store-bought ones that contains additives and preservatives?
