With thoughtful gamification, volunteers can complete missions, level up avatars, and climb the leaderboard — transforming every act of giving into a rewarding, motivating experience.

Singa WhatsApp Chatbot

We partnered with the Singapore Kindness Movement to reimagine Singa the Kindness Lion as an interactive WhatsApp chatbot — powered by our in-house advancements in Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI technology.

Unlike traditional chatbots limited to keywords or fixed choices, Singa understands natural conversation, offering a truly human-like experience. To our knowledge, this is Singapore’s first public-facing LLM-powered chatbot built around a beloved national mascot.

The journey began in 2023, when our dedicated AI team set out to build a chatbot that could do more — answer real questions, perform tasks, and engage meaningfully, all while avoiding the common pitfalls of generic AI. It had to be accurate, safe, and deeply attuned to Singapore’s unique language and culture.

Together with Brain Juice Collective, we shaped Singa’s tone and personality through public focus groups, aligning every interaction with SKM’s mission of spreading kindness.

The result? A friendly, secure, and intelligent chatbot that welcomes visitors to Kindness Day at Changi Airport, shares helpful tips, gathers feedback, and connects hearts — all through chat.

Price Kaki

Price Kaki, a groundbreaking initiative conceived by the Ministry of Trade & Industry and brought to life by the Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE), revolutionizes your shopping experience.

As the very first mobile application of its kind in Singapore, Price Kaki empowers you to effortlessly compare and contribute in-store prices of groceries, household items, and hawker food through a single, user-friendly platform.

Our journey with Price Kaki began at its inception, where we collaborated with CASE to shape the concept and brand identity of “Price Kaki.” From there, we embarked on an in-depth exploration, conducting user research, surveys, and comprehensive studies. These insights fueled the planning of features and an intuitive UI/UX for the mobile app.

On the design front, Price Kaki strikes a balance between simplicity and power, ensuring it caters to Singaporeans of all ages and digital literacy levels. Our challenge was to provide users with a wealth of valuable information without overwhelming them. To foster a sense of familiarity, we infused an element of Singlish into our copywriting.

In terms of technology, Price Kaki is a technological marvel, handling real-time price data with remarkable efficiency. With hundreds of supermarket outlets and over 10,000 grocery items and daily-updated prices, along with data from tens of thousands of hawker and coffeeshop stalls, we’ve put in extensive effort to ensure that users can access this information swiftly and easily. All the heavy lifting and data processing happens seamlessly on our backend.

To make the experience even more engaging, we’ve incorporated gamification features, encouraging users to actively participate in the app, compete in rankings, and earn rewards.

Price Kaki is more than just an app; it’s a community-driven movement, and we’re excited to be the designers and developers behind it.

We worked with AIA Singapore to create a feature that turns every step into a journey of discovery. iDiscover with AIA Vitality is a GPS-enabled experience within the AIA+ app that encourages members to get active — while exploring hidden gems and earning rewards along the way.

Whether it’s a weekend adventure or a quick weekday stroll, iDiscover offers curated walking trails across the island — available anytime, at your own pace. Each completed trail not only reveals a new side of Singapore but also helps members stay healthy and earn Vitality points.

Now in its 8th season, the SG60 Edition celebrates Singapore’s 60th birthday with specially designed trails that take members through iconic landmarks and national milestones. For each trail completed, users earn 50 Vitality points — and for those who complete both, a bonus reward of 200 Vitality coins awaits.
