The Singapore Scout Association (SSA) is one of the oldest youth movements in Singapore, dating back to 1910. The SSA, aims to help youths discover, learn and put into practice essential life skills through serving others and learning by doing. It offers a non-formal and values-based educational programme to support the development of young people to become responsible and active citizens.
