Our shop is at level 2, right above the K&K Pet Shop!"

One stop shop for all musical needs. From musical instruments to lessons, this is the place to be - 10/10. My kids has attended piano and guitar lessons in this centre also purchased electric keyboard, guitar, ukulele and recently electric guitar.

Manning Music Centre offers exceptional service and value! I purchased the Jerubbaal UK505 tenor ukulele yesterday, and its rich, bright sound exceeded my expectations for the price—truly great value for money. I was unsure whether to switch the G string to low G, but Gideon, the owner, followed up and sent me a YouTube link explaining the difference. He also addressed my concerns about the new ukulele going out of tune frequently during practice. A few months ago, I bought a concert-size ukulele bag via Shopee, and they allowed me to exchange it for a tenor bag with just a top-up. Highly recommended!

bought a ukulele from Manning. Great customer service. Going above and beyond to make sure my uke is in good playing condition. Staff even helped to play with my 2 mth old so I could try out the guitar! Most importantly, the instrument sounded so sweet and resonant despite its affordability!

Mr Lo opened his shop for us on a day the shop was closed so that we could buy Rode NT1. We urgently needed to use the microphone the following day. He was friendly and helpful. We had almost given up hope as the shop we went earlier only had a display set left and they were not very willing to sell it to us. The price they offered for the display set was almost equivalent to Manning's price for a brand new set. Manning is a true gem tucked in Tampines neighbourhood.

Our Story
At Manning Music Centre, our story is one that shows how music brings people together. Since 1985, we’ve been touching hearts and inspiring musicians of all ages in Tampines. Our current owner Gideon Lo grew up next door to Manning’s founder, and watching his sister become one of Manning’s first students sparked his own love for music. The melodies that drifted through the walls of their homes planted the seeds for Gideon’s lifelong passion – one that now guides him as he carries our founder’s dream forward.
What makes us truly special is the bonds formed within our walls. Students who met here a decade ago remain close friends today. Many have grown from young learners into accomplished musicians, respected music teachers, and influential voices in Singapore’s music scene & beyond. Their success stories remind us that Manning Music is more than a school – it’s where lifelong friendships begin and musical dreams take flight.
