FOUNDER

Ms Carine Choong (钟老师）graduated with Bachelor of Arts and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, NIE,NTU.
She is an ex-MOE teacher with over 17 years of experience.
Leveraging her experience in helping children of all learning abilities, along with her familiarity with the school syllabus and exam requirements, she oversees the entire primary school curriculum at HUI Learning Centre.
Ms Choong's aim for her students is to help them overcome their difficulties and push the boundaries in their quest for academic excellence.
