Hated ice baths before coming to Arctic but i’ve come to actually see the benefits of doing them just after 4 times of going! but beyond the ice baths, and the super well-equipped gym, i really appreciate how friendly and welcoming the staff are. everyone i’ve met here has been super helpful and Arctic’s GM Nicole even helped me overcome my ice bath fear 🙂 would highly recommend this place

Gorgeous facility! Didn't use the gym but it looked like it has a good range of equipment. Also has a reformer pilates studio with great natural lighting. But anyway the main event - three cold plunge tubs (9, 6 and 3 degrees) and a Sauna - great layout for anyone zipping between the shower/ sauna/ cold plunge and the lockers are just outside. There's a few fully equipped showers with all the amenities - I loved the full privacy of each (yes, to blow drying your hair in peace). Front of house staff are super friendly, great vibe. I visited one. Sunday and it was relatively quiet. I was super chilled out (ha) after and recharged.
