All thanks to his friendly and approachable demeanor. His favorite things to do during his pastime apart from sports are watching movies, enjoying meals with family and friends and most importantly, 80's rock music baby! With over a decade of experience in the fitness and customer service industry, Ali believes that communication is key for a fantastic customer experience. People may forget what you have said to them, or even what you have done for them, but they will never forget how you made them feel.
