What CAD & BIM formats do you work with?
Most architects and consultants provide LOD 350 files to contractors, typically in Revit or Archicad format. To advance these files to the construction stage, we add cost, time, and fabrication data using BIM software to create the construction and handover model.
What is included in your BIM for Projects package?
We work with EPC contractors to create a clash-free BIM model from downstream contractors. We also provide a 4D construction schedule, 5D cost estimation, and 6D BIM model at asset handover.
Is there onsite support?
Yes. We understand that certain tasks are best done in person, and we provde onsite (weekly) support for BIM coordination meetings.
What do I need to provide?
We need the LOD 350 BIM models from the architect or consultant, as well as any other relevant project information
Do you model all the subsystems in the project?
We will model only the subsystems that are directly within your scope of work. BIM models from other contractors are not included in the costing.
Do we need to buy BIM software?
When you engage our BIM services, we will provide the necessary software for the duration of the project. This includes BIM authoring software like Revit and BIM Collaborate Pro licences.
