One of the common hacking works for newer HDB flats - kitchen RC wall. The first pic showed the completed hacking works leaving behind the single layer of rebar (sometimes mesh bar). Please note that there is usually a beam above and so this is typical maximum height or headroom that can be achieved. And yes this requires a PE supervision. ☺️ #hdbrenovation #hdbreno #hdbbto

Throwback to one of the speediest reno done by @izzaturrahman’s team - @jmsons_sg back in 2023 at Capitaspring for Matchaya’s franchisee. Recalled that the reno was practically done from bare to fully furnished in 3 weeks. Superb team. F&B is tough and glad to see that the cafe is still surviving well. 👍😃. Rent-free period for most malls is only 1 month. Seems long for reno, but the fact that it’s not easy to get design, SCDF NOA and FSC, renovation, LEW inspections, handover works done in such a short period.
