Frequently Asked Questions About Our Tuition Centre in Singapore
What is the maximum class size for your tuition programmes?
The maximum number of students allowed in our regular, PSLE, and O-Level physical classes is capped at 8 – 12pax (depending on the classroom capacity). For online tuition classes, we allow up to 18 students in each class.
Are your tuition programmes aligned with the Singapore MOE’s curriculum?
Yes, all of our centre’s programmes ranging from Primary Math tuition to Secondary Science tuition, as well as PSLE tuition programmes, are aligned with MOE’s curriculum. BlueTree is also a MOE-registered tuition centre.
All BlueTree teachers follow a weekly lesson plan designed by dedicated curriculum writers which is intended to follow the general pace and curriculum of most schools in Singapore. All of our educators are highly experienced and have received additional training by our Academic Director and Academic Heads to ensure consistency in teaching effectiveness.
Do you offer trial lessons before committing to a full course at your tuition centre?
Yes, trial lessons can be arranged. In fact, we strongly advise students to attend 1 trial lesson first at our tuition centre before committing to a full tuition programme. We want to ensure that the child likes the teacher, lesson, and the learning environment, which will go a long way to ensuring they retain the information taught during class. Trial lessons are chargeable per lesson, unless stated otherwise.
