Passionate about retaining the true spirit of traditional Italian cuisine, Dolce Vita features the freshest of produce and the finest seasonal ingredients, which are translated into delicious daily creations.
Providing the perfect setting for a memorable experience is Dolce Vita’s elegant décor that exudes a sophisticated and chic vibe. Unwind in the spacious main dining area and catch a glimpse into the chefs’ culinary world through a feature wall with vertical windows. A stone finish backdrop and black granite countertop at the bar further accentuate its luxe character as diners peruse an outstanding collection of fine wines meticulously curated by the award-winning sommelier. Complete with floor-to-ceiling glass windows leading to an outdoor alfresco area, Dolce Vita regales guests with picturesque views of the city’s skyline to complement the wonderful menu.

Join us at Dolce Vita as we welcome Chef Davide Borin from Essenza of Mandarin Oriental, Muscat. Known for his comforting Italian classics with traditional recipes, Chef Davide presents an authentic Italian dining experience featuring highlights including homemade egg yolk raviolo with ricotta and black truffle sauce, black Angus beef with herbs, and his twist on the classic tiramisu with pistachio flavour.

Savour the essence of Italy in every bite. Our new menu at Dolce Vita brings together the best of tradition and creativity, using fresh, quality ingredients. Start with Polipo Scottato, a grilled Mediterranean octopus with nduja mayonnaise and tender artichoke, then enjoy comforting favourites like Agnello, a perfectly grilled lamb rack with creamy garlic potato mash, or Risotto allo zafferano e guanciale - risotto with braised beef cheek and gremolada.
