RICH GLEN ESTATE

Established in 1998, RG was founded by the Vodusek family and specialises in olive oil-based products, out of their family’s sprawling Rich Glenn Estate in North East Victoria, Australia. Driven by the creative flair and culinary expertise of the fifth-gen owner, Ros Vodusek, what started out as a simple bulk olive oil producing business soon pivoted to creating a range of retail products that focused on sustainability and quality. Today, Ros and her passionate, innovative and rapidly-growing team has created over 170 products, offering a wide array of selections from olive oils and dressings to skincare lines.

THE PANCAKE PARLOUR

Opened on 1 5 May 1965 in Gilbert Place, Adelaide, The Pancake Parlour is a popular Australian family-owned pancake restaurant chain serving sweet and savoury pancakes and crepes in 11 locations around Melbourne. Besides their restaurant business, The Pancake Parlour also sells its pancake mix and pancake syrup in supermarkets across Australia.

Pancakes from The Pancake Parlour are on the menu for the Surrey Hills Grocer outlet in The Woodleigh Mall, and the Pancake Parlour Classic Stack is the Number 1 dish for the outlet in 2023. Seeing how well-loved the pancakes are, there are possibilities to launch The Pancake Parlour in Singapore as a standalone restaurant.

VAN DIEMEN'S LAND CREAMERY

Established in 2005, Van Diemens Land Creamery was created by a Tasmanian dairy farming family. Using milk from their farm, Jan and Paul Amourgis began making some of the freshest ice cream available, with some batches going from cow to consumer in less than 24 hours.

While Paul milked the cows, Jan made the ice cream, and together they attended Tasmanian events to connect with consumers. Their appetite for bringing others joy through unique artisan ice cream grew.

Today, Van Diemens Land Creamery's product can be found in premium restaurants, delicatessens and scoop outlets right around Australia.

The creamery proudly use fresh Tasmanian ingredients, from local milk, leatherwood honey and lavender to Tasmanian peanut butter, olive oil and whisky.
