Had dinner at The Stamford Brasserie with a friend tonight. We ordered a few main courses, soups, and some side dishes. The pork ribs and fish were decent tasty, but could use some improvement in texture and seasoning. However, the duck leg was delicious, flavourful and perfectly cooked. It was definitely the highlight of our meal, standing out among all the dishes we tried. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. That said, the menu felt a bit limited. It would be great if the restaurant could consider adding more variety to the food selection in the future.

This is one of the best places to bring clients, colleagues, friends and family. The service has always been impeccable and the food is respectable. I tried the new set menu today which for 38++ came with its signature seafood bisque and a new chicken breast grilled. The chicken was naturally seasoned with salt and herbs and was tender. Only complain was the portion was a little small. Service as always was amazing. I asked for a quiet corner and was ushered to the back with no one near me, as I needed to make a zoom call. Despite me being seated far away, Danica came by several times to check on me, asking me about the quality of the food. The chef even came by to ask me about the chicken as it was a new menu. This place has amazing decor and ambience and closes late. So u can have lunch with clients to talk business, happy hour beers with your buddies, celebrate family dinners and even romantic supper with the spouse or partner. The best thing is that if u have an Accor Plus membership u can get 50 per cent off ala carte food for up to 5 pax on Mondays, just like Prego next door. Both Prego and Stamford Braserrie are among my favourite goto places, unlike SKAI which I feel has lost a lot of its original charm and quality service.
