Day 2: Fitness testing and lower body exercises. We will be going through a number of fun activities such as bodyfat analysis, skinfold calipers, vertical jump testing and many fundamental lower body exercises like squats and more🦵🏼

Day 3: Upper body exercises and flexibility (for warmups, cooldowns, rehab and fitness in general). Tons of upper body exercises on Day 3, and everyone will get to try PNF stretching, an advanced and dynamic stretching technique!💪🏻
