February 21, 2019Met Mr Remy at Singapore Expo and also at their showroom at Oxley Bizhub. Convinced by good quality of the mattress which is comparable to Simmons as well as by his patience and good customer service. Hence I purchased 3 new Spring Air mattresses from him. Mr Thomas is also very approachable and good personality in terms of customer service. All staffs are very approachable and friendly. Spring Air’s price is value of money with quality comparable to major brands. No obtrusive sales tactics or hard selling at all.

Carol was attentive to our needs and requirement and made suitable recommendation based on her in-depth product knowledge. Her service was nothing short of outstanding! December 28, 2018I was at expo roadshow just walking ard and receeing for mattress. I wasn't even prepare to commit in purchasing a mattress on that day. Even when I made my intention of not purchasing on that day, Carol served me without any hard sell pressure. She patiently shared her knowledge and advise me on how to choose a mattress. Spring Air, I dun even know the brand at all and I was probably subsciously going to buy another 'S' brand initially. After 45min to an hour of listening to Carol, I was totally sold. I paid a deposit and a month later, im sleeping on a better than expected product. It was more cooling than usual as well most likely becos of the cashmere layer embedded in it. The product itself is great, and the service by Carol, from the point she approached me to the delivery and to even after sales, is simply amazing. A very professional yet warm and friendly experience!

April 20, 2018I entered the shop skeptical — my past experiences while shopping for mattress was full of pushy salesman who shadowed me endlessly. Therefore I was very surprised that Dreams Studio does not function on that "hard-sell" business model. I was very fortunate to be served by Thomas who was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us select our preferred mattress based on our sleeping styles, body weight, and even opined on the manner the bed was constructed and sewn together. Thomas really knew his stuff and never once hard sold us anything. In fact he gave us plenty of time, space, and patience. I had shopped for weeks for a mattress but within a manner of 30 minutes of so after interacting with Thomas, I decided there and then to get the mattress based on his recommendation, and trust worthiness. I am very happy with Dreams Studio and their fantastic service. At the very least, drop by this store to see what it has to offer — I was skeptical but was proven wrong.

April 4, 2018 - Salesperson is very helpful and polite even though I wasn’t the best shopper with my fickle-mind. Haha. This store has a wide selection mattress and bedframes. Received my mattress+bed today and I must give two thumbs up to the delivery team! The mattress could not fit in the lift but they carried it up the stairs effortlessly and set them up in my bedroom. They even cleared the packaging. Thumbs up guys!
