We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Hansang Korean Family Restaurant. We ordered the mackerel stew and beef bulgogi set for two, and every bite was bursting with flavor. The mackerel stew was rich, comforting, and perfectly seasoned, while the beef bulgogi was tender, juicy, and beautifully marinated. The portions were generous, the side dishes were plentiful and tasty, and the entire meal felt incredibly hearty and satisfying. It truly felt like a home-cooked meal made with love. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic and soul-warming Korean food. We’ll definitely be back!
Had an amazing dining experience at Hansang Korean Family Restaurant in Novena Square! The moment we stepped in, it felt like we were transported to Korea. The ambiance was warm and authentic. We order the Army hotpot set, it was full of rich, bold flavors. The banchan (side dishes) were fresh and plentiful, and the staff were very attentive. What truly stood out was the authenticity of the food — you can tell it’s made with care and traditional recipes. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Korean cuisine or trying it for the first time, Hansang is definitely worth a visit. Will definitely be back!
Lunch here today. There was already a queue (a sign that the food is good) but thankfully it moved fast. Food was supreme, healthy and very hearty! Portion was just right without being too heavy. Good variety of side dishes too. Will return!
Hansang serves truly authentic Korean food. Be prepared that the waiting time may be long, even when the queue is short. Although the prices are slightly higher, the generous portions justify the cost, especially when you opt for one of the many promotional sets. The food were very tasty, although we would prefer bolder flavours. The lady owner was very friendly. While free items were given for leaving Google review, this honest review didn’t take advantage of the offer.
Quality is superb eventhough I took the promotion. Soup is delicious and love the barbecue pork belly. Price is very reasonable. Love the polite service and friendly staff. Oh dear, forgot to take before eating anyway, look at the empty plate and bowl and you will understand how good the food here is. Added a photo of ice cream before I ate.
Ordered their jjamppong and was pleasantly surprised. Although their version does not have any wok hey, the taste of seafood is very prominent, which is what I preferred anyway! Not spicy at all too, so it was a very comforting meal :’) bonus to the friendly owner whom we had a great chat with
Owner was very nice , spent the time to talk to the guest and explained the food and how it should be taken. Food portions were very good and staff were friendly and prompt even when they had a full house. Definitely felt homely and welcoming. Great food as well.
