I've been a member since the business started. The staff are very polite and friendly…They have a cool way to motivate by giving away T-shirts if you reach a certain goal like a certain number of kilomtres on the bike or a certain number of sessions. Workouts are a mix of cardio and strength with high-intensity interval style and active rests. It's challenging and fun. If you're looking for variety, conditioning, endurance, overall health, core strength, and overall fitness, it's a great studio.

I love this community and this workout. Since I started working out here, I have finally found a place that feels right. Each workout is different and challenging mentally and physically! When you think you’re finally done, then there’s an ab workout! LOL, come to a session and you’ll see what I mean! I highly recommend using your Apple Watch to connect to their virtual community and point tracking system. I love the functional training on the floor and heart rate bump on the bike, it’s a great way to get a 500 calorie workout in 45 minutes while building muscle at the same time. The coaches and staff are so friendly and create such an inclusive atmosphere where anyone will feel like an elite athlete!
