Service Used: Proactive Online Facilitation
LINC Education have provided facilitation services to support the rapid growth and high intensity delivery of our accelerated Master of Cyber Security course since 2020. Over the last few years, LINC have identified high quality/technically skilled facilitators to deliver a carefully managed service of direct learner support, facilitated meetings/calls as well as providing marking and feedback for summative assessments. The web-based dashboard service is a fantastic resource that allows careful monitoring of student/facilitator engagement and can help to identify learners who are struggling and in need of additional support.
