A stone’s throw from Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, our little café in the Beauty World - Upper Bukit Timah neighbourhood serves up tasty brunches and handmade, freshly baked pastries daily. The Story of Carpenter and Cook
In 2012, our bakery began handcrafting a range of pastries – from croissants to scones, quiches to cakes. Each baked fresh, daily. Fast forward to 2019 when we introduced a brunch menu, building on the same philosophy of using fresh, quality ingredients in order to share the food we love.
Today, we continue the same love and care we put into our products as we did when first opened 12 years ago. They are still made from scratch and baked daily onsite in our basement kitchen, produced in limited quantities to ensure their optimal quality.
As we eagerly look forward to sharing new creations with new faces, we also look back, grateful for the friends and family that have journeyed with us all these years, enjoying our creations and sharing in our passion.
