Korn Ferry acquired ICS (Infinity Consulting Systems) in 2022. ICS is a leading provider of flexible workforce solutions focused on interim professional roles, particularly senior-level IT positions. ICS also helps organizations fill contract and temporary compliance, legal, accounting, finance and human resources roles.
ICS is Korn Ferry’s third acquisition designed to build out its interim executives & professionals solution. Earlier in 2022, Korn Ferry acquired Patina Solutions Group, strengthening our ability to fill interim executive roles. In 2021, Korn Ferry acquired Lucas Group, a leading professional search and contract staffing firm.
