Austin lacked confidence when he was younger and used to avoid socialising. He developed an interest in weightlifting after a friend introduced him to it. Throughout his fitness journey, he realised that the fitness community is filled with encouraging and wholesome individuals and that sparked a flame in him. Austin is inspired to build a friendly and inclusive fitness community.


Delvyn Mah


Staff


Tipping the scales at 115kg when he was younger, Delvyn used his knowledge of Sports & Exercise Science to whip himself back to shape and has maintained an active lifestyle since. He tried and tested various training techniques and programs on himself to formulate a program that is effective and sustainable. Utilising the experience and knowledge he has attained over the years, and having the "never quit" mentality, Delvyn aims to help others kick start their fitness journey to achieve their personal fitness goals. Be it muscle growth, fat loss or physical fitness, Delvyn is ever ready to motivate his clients with proper technique guidance and is keen to impart his knowledge to as many as he possibly can.
