"Ang Mo Kio – Thye Hua Kwan Hospital (AMK – THKH) is a community hospital in Singapore providing rehabilitation and sub-acute care for patients recovering from a major illness or after surgery. We adopt a multidisciplinary approach to safe and quality patient care and customised rehabilitation plans for each patient.
In addition to inpatient care, AMK – THKH provides outpatient rehabilitation, haemodialysis, homecare services, and community health services to provide a continuous stream of care from hospital to home. We aim to deliver exceptional and compassionate care that empowers patients and their families, inspiring hope and resilience throughout their recovery.
Our patient visiting hours are 12pm to 8pm daily."
