"St Luke’s Hospital, named after the patron saint of the medical profession, was the first hospital in Singapore dedicated to the care of older persons.

We have expanded our services beyond the elderly to enrich more lives. An Institution of a Public Character, we care for 2,500 inpatients and 4,500 outpatients each year, regardless of race, language or religion. As illnesses may be long and chronic, we care holistically for patients’ physical, emotional and psychosocial well-being."

We are proud of Senior Clinical Educator Dr Su AnqImage 46: We are proud of Senior Clinical Educator Dr Su Anqi, who was invited as Keynote Speaker at the School of Health Sciences Teaching Forum organised by Ngee Ann Polytechnic! In line with the forum’s theme “Reimagine Learning: Flipped, Blended, and Beyond”, Dr Anqi shared insights from her study on the experiences of blended learning among community hospital nurses. Despite initial challenges, most participants found blended learning enriching — gaining knowledge, confidence and the flexibility to learn anytime, anywhere. She also encouraged participants to find joy in learning, embracing the journey rather than just the outcomes. “Thank you for treating our mother and grandmothImage 47: “Thank you for treating our mother and grandmother with dignity and respect, and for ensuring her final journey was as peaceful as possible.” – Selvi, on behalf of the family of the late Mdm Kamalam 💚 Mdm Kamalam, a devoted mother who worked tirelessly for her loved ones, first came to SLH in 2022 and 2024, where our team supported her recovery from two strokes and helped her regain independence. In 2025, after a third silent stroke and seizure left her needing oxygen support, she was cared for in our palliative ward — where she spent her final days surrounded by compassion, comfort, and dignity. 👉 Read her story in our link in bio. 🌊 To support patients like Mdm Kamalam, LTC (Dr) Chua Jia Long of the Singapore Navy is taking on the 115km Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming to raise $1.5M for SLH.
