YMCA Youth Support (YAR)
Out-of-school youth and youth-at-risk are trained for employability in areas such as early childhood and digital marketing through the YMCA Vocational and Soft Skills Programme. Effective communication, conflict management and resume writing are included in the training for job readiness.

We champion, challenge and train youth with special needs. Through a range of arts, sports and employment training programmes, we build confidence, resilience and independence in youth with special needs so they can live independently and reach their full potential.

YMCA International Service Programmes
Through YMCA International Service Programmes (ISP), YMCA of Singapore collaborates closely with regional YMCA counterparts to reach out to the less privileged communities in ASEAN and China . Volunteers would be involved in community development projects which focus on improving healthcare, education, infrastructural improvement, sustainability, conservation and capacity building, with the aim of empowering these communities.
