Finite element analysis, fatigue life
NINGResearch has been awarded a contract to design and analyze the structural strength and fatigue life of two heart stent designs.
Since 2012, NR Engineers have been designing and analyzing heart stents, which have length between 8 to 38 mm and diameter between 2.5 to 4.0 mm, is the smallest structure designed and analyzed by NINGResearch.
NR Engineers will be using finite element analysis to conduct this work.
