Whether you are a beginner or regular at the gym, we promise you will break a sweat but with a smile on your face.
MONDAY HIIT BOOTCAMP
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

To organise a sports class in support of our charities, there are 2 options
OPTION 1:
LEAD A REGULAR CLASS
Are you a sport addict? Do you like challenging yourself and your friends? We are always looking for passionate leaders to lead our BECAUSE classes!
OPTION 2:
ORGANISING A ONE TIME SPORTS CLASS
If you are a personal trainer, with a gym, fitness group or club and wished to collaborate, we'd love to hear from you.

THE CHARITY WE SUPPORT
We believe that access to education will lead to reducing the inequality in the world. That is why we partner with Children of the Mekong. Founded in 1958, Children of the Mekong provides access to education to underprivileged children in six countries in Southeast Asia.
Providing education, training and support, Children of the Mekong helps children and young people to improve their standard of living and to grow intellectually, emotionally and morally. The charity accompany children as far as possible according to their abilities, their desires and until their professional integration.
