The drinks were just as delicious as they were visually appealing. Will definitely be utilising their great services again.

10000% recommend Shake & Strain. We hired Shake & Strain to provide cocktails for the weekend of our wedding. On the day Marcus and Thais served us. They were fanastic! The cockatils (Mai Tai and Sydney Skyline) were very tasty, as was the mocktail they made. They were incredibly friendly and brought an entire portable bar which perfectly enhanced the vibe. True to their promise, they also didn't run out of drinks despite some very thirsty guests. Due to the heat, the ice did run out part way through the booking, but Marcus and Thais were very happy to extend our time by the amount of time it took to get more ice, so nothing lost there! All our guests were very happy. Thanks so much for adding to our special day!

[INCREDIBLE SERVICE, BEST COCKTAILS EVER!!] I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. From the organisation process, Marcus and Thais supported us immensely. They were beyond organised, replying to my thousands of questions and understanding my taste to create special cocktails for my wedding. Marcus is a sensible, experienced and incredible mixologist. My guests were shocked with his work. He took bubbles, smoke, surprises and always with a smile on his face. Everyone would stop me at my wedding to compliment the bar and the incredible cocktails he was preparing. The set up looked beautiful and the bar table was constantly clean and tidy, which is very important for me. He provided ice with our initials and my guests were stocked !!! Every detail was thought with care and talent. I couldn't recommend Shake & Strain enough and I will definitely hire their service in every opportunity that I have.

We were lucky enough to have Marcus and Thays run the bar for our engagement party - not only were the cocktails impeccable but they were an absolute pleasure to have at our party… you can really tell Marcus has a great deal of passion for his craft and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided! From start to finish Marcus was attentive, friendly and extremely helpful; from curating our favourite cocktails, explaining everything in detail, offering insight and ensuring everything ran smoothly for out party and even creating a few off menu cocktails and mocktails during the evening for some of our guests - we were all very impressed and can definitely see why Marcus holds the title for 25th best in the world! In fact we were so impressed, that we will be making sure we lock Marcus in for our wedding!!
Marcus is an amazing mixologist and barmen and has created a delicious range of botanical tea inspired cocktails for our range of Wildlane teas. He is a dream to work with and is so creative ! I hired Shake & Strain Bar for a work function and they were incredible! We had a Margarita and taco night and they not only provided us with three types of Margaritas, they also put so much thought into a mocktail that would compliment. Honestly, 6 Star service if there was such a thing! We are so glad that we found Shake & Strain, everybody was asking, "Who's that? Where'd you find them?". Marcus and his crew are natural hosts working the floors tirelessly. And I learnt after the party - they were only too happy to accommodate peoples' requests for mocktails and secret menu items - I wish I asked too, hahaha! The whole process from quoting and coming up with the menu to the delivery, and the social media content after made my life so easy and allowed me to really just revel and enjoy the moment.
