About The Manager - Jen Li Sheng
Jen Li Sheng or "Jen" as clients call him, manages the HQ location of Genesis Gym. Jen has an athletic background as a discus thrower in track and field.
He is also the winner of "Singapore's Strongest Man" 4 times and has over 15 years of experience guiding clients to their peak physical performance and appearance.
Jen has a passion to develop a culture of professionalism and continuous learning among the coaching team at his branch. He leads a team of 6 coaches who work together to make sure all Genesis clients get a professional, caring and consistent experience at Genesis Gym HQ.
Jen has attended more than 30 industry related certifications and mentor-ships in areas like nutrition, rehabilitation, and exercise. The combination of practical knowledge and book learning makes Jen a coach who knows how to lead the team to get you results.
Directions:
Genesis Gym HQ is located in Katong Shopping Center Annex Block. This block has its own private elevator and is not part of the main shopping complex. From the main road, facing Katong Shopping Center, enter through the right most entrance and walk forward to the elevator and go to the 4th floor where Genesis Gym is located.
