Precision and indulgence unite at the one-Michelin-starred Waku Ghin by Tetsuya Wakuda, which pairs the freshest seasonal ingredients from around the world with Japanese culinary artistry.
Designed by award-winning Japanese designer Yohei Akao, the newly revamped space is a study in understated luxury, with natural materials and Japanese-inspired details that evoke a sense of calm.
Indulge in the highly acclaimed degustation experience at the 10-seater Chef’s Table, a multi-layered feast of seasonal specials, ultra-premium beef cuts and seafood delicacies. More intimate dining options await in the private dining rooms overlooking the waterfront.
For more casual nights out, the extended bar dining area showcases Chef Tetsuya’s elevated take on classic dishes in the form of pastas, sushi and indulgent bites like oysters and caviar. An ideal complement is the impressively extensive, conversation-starting drinks menu, which offers exclusive regional Japanese sakes and Japanese-inspired cocktails.
