I came across Healthtinity as a recommendation by a friend. They have a very warm and cosy studio space. Everyone from the front desk to instructors are very friendly and welcoming. They remember Everyone by name. This is something I have never encounter before in a studio. Thank you for giving me one of the best yoga experience.
I love this place! Very cozy and comfortable environment. Each time I come by, I am greeted with a smile and a big hello. I love their yoga classes too. The teachers are all very knowledgeable and patient. The varieties of classes are good. Keep it up! Totally recommend everyone to experience yoga here.
I have been attending classes for one year. The place is beautifully designed. Super homely and cosy feeling. Everyone including the front desk staff are extremely friendly and cheerful. After a stressful day at work, this is the best place to relax and rewind.Their teachers are also professional and extremely well versed in their field. I would like to commend instructor Kai, Irene, Agnes, Pei Qing, Celeste for their dedication. Totally recommend everyone to come by.
Kai and robin, have been a very amazing instructor , I felt very wonderful and excited attending their yoga session, it really give me feeling more active and always moving forward for their classes. Everyone in the classes were very excited too and they also always waiting forward for the class. I definitely will recommend my friends for this studio😘
As a newbie to Yoga, I am so glad that I tried out 3 trial classes. From just 2 classes, I found the teachers patient & know the limitation of a person to suggest different variations of yoga poses. They motivate everyone to try their best & make the session more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you want to try out Yoga.

Yes, definitely! Healthtinity offers a range of yoga and pilates classes suitable for all levels, including beginners. So, whether you’re looking for a yoga class for beginners in Upper Thomson or exploring options at our yoga studio in Marine Parade, our experienced instructors provide modifications and personalized guidance to ensure a safe experience.
3. What Should I Bring to a Yoga or Pilates Class?
Prepare for your class by wearing comfortable, breathable attire that allows for free movement. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. And don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated!
4. How Long is a Typical Yoga or Pilates Session?
Most of our yoga and pilates classes are designed to fit comfortably into your schedule, lasting approximately 60 minutes. However, some specialized classes may extend to 75 minutes. You can find the specific duration for each class listed in our schedule.
5. Do You Offer Specialized Yoga Classes for Seniors?
While we don’t have dedicated group classes specifically for seniors, we offer private 1-on-1 yoga sessions that can be tailored to the needs and abilities of older adults. This allows for personalized instruction and modifications to ensure a safe and beneficial practice. Our experienced instructors can help seniors improve mobility, balance, and overall well-being through a customized yoga program.
6. How Many Times a Week Should I Do Yoga?
The ideal frequency for yoga practice varies from person to person. While practicing 2-3 times per week is often recommended for experiencing the full benefits, one session can still have some impact on your well-being. Listen to your body and find a schedule that works best for you.
